Head of People (HRD)- Responsible for developing and implementing a People, Talent and Culture strategy that aligns with the Company’s vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
- In charge of driving the delivery of the people agenda in order to maximise the potential and performance of the business, individuals and teams.
- Managing and motivating the People team to deliver an excellent operational service in the areas of Human Resources, Talent, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and L&D.
- Working closely in a partnership and advisory capacity with the Senior Management team and the Executive Committee providing appropriate coaching and consultancy on all people related matters.
